The magnet is too weak. Supposed to be strong according to description. I have checked the support bracket as good as possible and there is no damages or blemishes on the bottom where the magnet located. Just tilting the tower can caused the support bracket to fall out of it current placement. The holding stand seems to be the only thing that is working correctly.
