Going from a demon lord to now hearing something greater than a demon lord is truly world-building. There is finally a sort of power level system besides just the character's level and stats. Adding new elements and a new goal for the heroes is a good addition to progressing the story. The success in saving the elves' predicament is well within the character's personality. Well, the most interesting part would definitely be Durango and his taste. Also, a small liberty of the author and artist is slowly leaking into the manga, which is nice.
