Good opening into volume two. Sojiro and his group finally landed in the town. His group is getting settled down and prepping themselves to enter the tower.

The pacing this time seems a little quick compared to volume one. The buildup was insufficient before moving on to the next part of the story. It is still good. It just needs to follow the same pacing as Volume One or expand more into the world-building aspect.

Aside from the story and pacing, the sex scenes really toned down a notch. The author could at least maintain the same level as in volume one. Which, I could have guessed, considering how volume one is to catch the readers before slowly dying down. Still a good read, but it doesn't maintain the same energy as volume one did.
